Looking to stay active and healthy during your pregnancy? Needing guidance and support to return to safe exercise post-pregnancy? Physio Strong’s Mum’s Club is the perfect option for you!

We run weekly low-impact Reformer Pilates classes to help improve your strength, flexibility, coordination and confidence.

Who is it for?

Pregnant (12 weeks onwards) and post-natal (6 weeks to 2 years) women.

What’s included?

Pilates-based exercises under the guidance of a Physiotherapist. Brief education session provided each week on a pregnancy or post-natal related topic. Safe progression based on which stage you are at in your journey.

What’s the cost?

Initial assessment = $105

Class cost = $45
