  • Dry needling is a treatment where sterile, single-use, fine needles are inserted into the trigger points of muscle (also known as knots). This causes the muscles to relax, reducing pain, increasing circulation, improving function and promoting muscle repair.

One-on-one appointments, small group classes and weekly memberships are available. Speak to your physio to determine which option is best for you.

  • Reformer Pilates machines offer a wide range of gentle exercises that work on muscle activation and muscle control.
